Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We will also require proof of purchase for verification.

To initiate a return, simply email us at sucraft9@gmail.com. Upon approval, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to proceed. Kindly note that items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted. Once approved, you have 30 days to ship your item.

Please check your order upon arrival. If you notice any issues—such as damage or receiving the wrong item—reach out to us promptly so we can help. Including photos and a brief description of the issue helps us address it efficiently. If the package appears damaged on the outside, you may also record a video while unboxing.

 

  1. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food or plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any questions about your item’s eligibility, feel free to reach out.

Exchanges are available if your item has quality issues, such as damage or missing parts. The quickest way to exchange is to initiate a return, and once accepted, we will send a replacement item. If the item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll provide a refund.
